How To Take Inches Off Your Thighs And Bottom

This is how you can take inches off your thighs and bottom:

This is an easy exercise that only takes five or ten minutes each day.

You need to start off kneeling on the floor (its best on an exercise mat if you have one).

You need to have your head out in front of you facing at the floor.

Then you slowly stretch your left leg back, with your toes still touching the floor.
Next bring your left leg off of the floor and gently stretch it out straigh behind you.

Whilst it is strectched out try and pulse your glute muscles about ten times.

The glute muscles are those muscles between the hamstring and the higher part of your bottom.

If you can exercise these, it will definitely help to give you a nice rounded bottom.

Once you have done this successfully for your left leg, do the same for your right leg.

For an advanced form of this exercise, when you stretch your leg out behind you, try and also bend it upwards from the knee and exercise your glute muscles the same as before.

Once you have been doing this exerecise for about seven to ten days you will find that you have more control of your thigh and bottom muscles and notice that you will take inches off them.
