How to lose two inches off your thighs is a question a lot of people are asking.

It is easy to get depressed, and despondent, and think that you will never be able to lose those inches, but I have great news for you, this is possible, just read some of the tips for you below and you will see how easy this really is.

To start with you need to make sure that you are careful in what you eat.
To lose weight, this is obvious advice, but it is worth mentioning.

You could start a diet, if you are not already on one, as this will help.
Or you could eat low fat foods to help you.

The next thing you need to do is do some exercises that will help to tone your leg muscles.

As your leg muscles are being used every day, this will not be difficult for you.

It depends on how fit you are, if you rarely exercise, then you could start by going for a walk each day, gradually increasing the length of your walk.

If you are already quite fit, you could jog or run.

Other good ways to exercise your legs are swimming and cycling.

Try and do a variety of exercises, you will notice your fitness improving and your leg muscles increasing, whilst the fat falls off.

A very good exercise to lose inches off your thighs is to lie on the floor on your side, then with your legs straight and your toes pointed to the wall, slowly bring the leg that is on top upwards, you will feel your thigh muscles being exercised.

Bring your leg up as high as you comfortably can. Try repeating this about ten times.
Turn on your other side and repeat the exercise for your other leg.

Do this exercise every day for a week. You will notice that it becomes easier. As this happens gradually increase the number you do each day.

After a little longer, say about a month, you will probably find this very easy, so then you may wish to purchase some ankle weights and this will give you more of a challenge, but you will soon find even this becomes fairly easy.



Within a few weeks you will notice your legs have a lot more power and that you have lost two inches off of your thighs, maybe even more!
