How to get a flat stomach fast:
Here are some tips to help you achieve this goal.
Walking Up Steps Or Stairs.
This is a surefire way to get a nice flat stomach.
The good thing is that you can make it as easy or difficult as you like.
The secret is to start off walking up and down your stairs for just enough to make you slightly out of breath, then rest.
Once you have rested for a couple of hours, do the same again and then have another break.
Try doing the same each day and you will find this easier over a few days and then you will find that you can increase the number of times you walk up your stairs significantly.
You will find that your leg muscles will improve and that you will lose weight – and get a flat stomach sooner than you thought.
If you do not have any stairs where you live, find a steep hill to walk up and do the same thing.
One thing to aware of is that to have a flat stomach you need to think about your stomach throughout the day, and hold your stomach muscles in.
Just hold your stomach muscles in gently, then push them in a little harder and hold this for as long as is comfortable.
Do this throughout the day and you will soon notice that you have a lot more control of your stomach muscles and you will lose inches off of your waist.
If you have access to a treadmill this can help you burn off those calories very effectively.
If you increase the resistance on your treadmill over a period of days you will find that you can increase your stamina, lose calories and have a nice flat stomach.
One of the best exercises for a flat stomach is to lie on an exercise mat and with your legs stretched out and your toes pointed, gradually bring each leg up till it point towards the ceiling.
Try doing this ten times for each leg. Use your stomach muscles to help you.
As you find this easier, increase the number of times you repeat this exercise.
You can add ankle weights to give your stomach even more exercise.
If you carry out these exercises regularly you will be surprised at how quickly you can get a flat stomach.
